The NWC Optimist club is a local sponsor and facilitator of the Optimist International’s Oratorical contest in our area. Each school year we award some local student an award for his/her public speaking oration on an Optimist International chosen topic. The club deadline for this event was Feb 1, 2011.

Our club did not have any entry contestants (boy or girl) for 2009/2010.  Look here in October for Next years contest and check back here for photos of the 2009/10 awards ceremony!
