The NWC Optimist Club uses some of its fundraising donations to sponsor two sports teams in the New Windsor and Newburgh areas.  A Girls Softball Team within New Windsor Girls Softball League and a City of Newburgh Little league team.  Last year this was a Girls softball team as well.  Donations to the Optimist Club of New Windsor / Cornwall go directly to Kid’s activities and awards programs.  Club members pay dues or hold separate fundraisers to cover the administrative expenses of the club.
